Outlet not working or has no power
A dead outlet is usually a tripped GFCI upstream or a loose backstab connection — a licensed electrician can trace it in under an hour.

02 / 04Right now
Do this while you wait.
Steps that can save product, prevent damage, and shorten the repair once we are on site.
Do this
- Press the RESET button on any GFCI outlets in bathrooms, the kitchen, or garage
- Check the breaker panel for a tripped breaker
- Test the outlet with a lamp — if the lamp works, the issue is with the device
Do not do this
- Do not probe the outlet slots with anything metallic
- Do not replace an outlet without shutting off the circuit breaker first
